Responsibilities:

-Initial point of contact within the School of East Asian Studies for students, external visitors and potential students. 

- Working with the wider Student Experience Team to handle a range of enquiries and administrative duties

- Assisting with marketing and delivery of events as required

- Working with colleagues across the Faculty to promote environmentally and socially sustainable practice
