Job Overview
Elitsa works with different industries solving human related problems. Her role is varied and can see her assisting and running various projects such as coordinating change workshops, creating user-friendly journeys for newly developed systems and developing learning paths for job roles to enable career progression.
My degree is very broad and doesn't restrict me to a certain area, hence I can try anything I like in the business sphere. The skills I have gained can be applied in different industries in both client facing and managerial roles. I was often helped by the Employability hub and worked with one of the careers consultants on my CV and cover letter which made such a difference when applying to jobs.
