On the morning of graduation day, the celebration event began with welcome drinks and networking before guests were welcomed by Professor Fraser McLeay, Dean of the Management School. We then welcomed back previous Dean's List winner Soumya Namdeo, who graduated in 2023 with BA Business Management with Employment Experience, before securing a Graduate Product Manager position at Experian.
Soumya shared valuable reflections from her time since graduating...

- Find mentors who can guide you, provide feedback and help you navigate your career path
Professor Fraser McLeay awarded our newest members of the Dean's List with trophies on stage, sharing an insight into the incredible things that they students' had achieved during their time as a student at Sheffield. Professor McLeay also congratulated our PhD graduands and thanked them for their important contributions to the Management School's academic research.
Our University and sponsored prize winners were announced by Professor Robert McMurray, Associate Dean for Education. He welcomed CIM representative Jonny Crawley to present the Chartered Institute of Marketing undergraduate prize. Professor McMurray then went on to award our Top Performers, those who achieved the highest overall academic grade out of every person on their programme.
Dr Robert Marchand, Director of Undergraduate Education, thanked our Student Ambassadors, Content Creators, Employability Ambassadors and Academic Representatives. Each and every one of them contributed to the life of the Management School and the wider University in a significant way.
