Sam is responsible for managing the professional services teams and resources within the School, as well as working closely with the Dean and Executive Team in ensuring the continued success of the School. Sam is an experienced manager of professional services in academic departments, including Mechanical Engineering, Lifelong Learning, Landscape Architecture and the School of Architecture. She holds a BSc, MBA and a PhD, with her doctoral studies focusing on understanding policy success and failure in contemporary English higher education.
