As a Programme Administrator in the student and programmes support team, my role is to ensure you progress through your journey with us as smoothly as possible. This includes providing administrative support on your course, and helping you through each semester with any teaching, wellbeing or assessment based queries. We will be with you through each step of the journey, starting in Intro Week with your timetables and Intro Week activities. Any concerns moving through the semesters with teaching, assessments or personal circumstances we can help support you with or signpost you to the right team. And finally, our dissertation team will guide you through the research process for your final assignments, with our aim for you to graduate as a valued member of our alumni community.
