Sustainability at Sheffield event series

This talk will explore the principles behind the sustainable transport of both passengers and goods around urban areas. What sustainability looks like for urban transport systems will be considered, along with the tradeoffs that must be made. The talk will also look specifically at ways that some of our existing urban transport systems could be improved, by linking transportation networks together in ways that are mutually beneficial.
