Why did you choose to study at the University of Sheffield?

I grew up really close to Sheffield and have always loved how green the city is! The public transport here is amazing and I knew in studying here I could never get lost or struggle to get where I needed to be.

What do you enjoy most about your course, and why?

I love how approachable the teaching staff members are. They will always be around to help or answer any questions you have.

What’s the best thing about being a dual honours student?

I love being able to blend two interests together! You get to combine two extremely enjoyable fields and really focus on them. You also get to enjoy the benefits and experiences offered by two departments.

What skills have you developed during your course that will be useful after you graduate?

Time management! Studying within two different fields definitely requires managing your time quite and I think being able to effectively manage your time is one of the most valuable skills you can acquire.

Would you recommend studying a dual-honours degree at the University of Sheffield?

Absolutely!
