Profile

I am passionate about helping people to become happier and more successful in what they do. Prior to returning to academia, I spent 10 years in management and leadership development roles, and continue to provide support and development to both individuals and organisations through my consultancy.

By returning to academia, I aim to help the bridge the knowledge gap between academia and the corporate world - ensuring elite research findings reach the wider audience they deserve in business, and likewise, helping academia to benefit from the insights and practices of large organisations.

Currently I am undertaking doctoral research into workplace creativity - specifically into individuals' creative style; the measurement, how it changes (if at all) over time, and the relationship with leadership.

Qualifications
  • BSc Psychology - University of Sheffield
  • MSc Occupational Psychology - University of Sheffield
Research interests

Workplace creativity - especially looking beyond the measurement of how much creativity an individual achieves, and looking more closely at how the individual is creative - their creative style.
