Sustainability at Sheffield events series

Urban trees provide important ecosystem service benefits to society, including carbon storage sequestration and improving mental well-being, this resource will become progressively more important with increasing urbanization. How can we maintain or even increase our urban forest in a sustainable way? I will discuss how remote sensing technology is helping to address the question.
