Profile

I am an academic researcher and with a passion for teaching. My aspiration with research and teaching is to make a positive impact on people's life and society. On the research side, I have experience in research project management, writing academic papers, conducting both qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and presenting at conferences. I am working as a research assistant in two projects: Mental Health Awareness Training and Work-Life Balance in Hong Kong. On the teaching side, I have experience in delivering tutorials and seminars in both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. I also have experience delivering lab training and manage a team of student research volunteers.

Before I entered academia, I had solid industry background in retail and marketing. My work experience in different multinational companies helps me to relate research to practice.

I am also interested in community work, I volunteered with a lunch club, memory cafe, and charity shop.

Qualifications
