Description

We would like to warmly invite you to our upcoming ELTC Partnerships Update event for previous, existing, and prospective partners and agents on Monday 28 July 2025.

Hosted by the English Language Teaching Centre (ELTC) at the University of Sheffield (online via Zoom), the update will provide an opportunity for you to discover more about the ELTC’s mission, programmes, and global partnerships.

The session will explore how your institution or agency could collaborate with one of the UK’s leading universities, and you'll learn about our main offerings, including:

  • University English - a general English course designed to improve skills for a variety of educational, personal and professional reasons, which from October 2025 will be offered in two variants (a 20.5 hour per week a full programme and 15 hour per week core programme) to provide greater flexibility and choice for partners and students.
  • Teacher Training - including Cambridge English qualifications, online CPD and bespoke institutional training.
  • Academic Literacy & University Culture - helping students thrive in UK Higher Education
  • Pre-sessional English - preparing students for academic study at the University of Sheffield
  • Credit Modules - a range of language and culture courses for European and international study abroad students
