Event abstract: SICCL is pleased to host Professor Sarah Green, Commissioner for Commercial and Common Law at the Law Commission of England and Wales. In this seminar, Sarah will be discussing various aspects of her work at the Law Commission as well as her research with the audience, including smart contracts, distributed ledger technology and intermediated securities, and legal implications of cryptocurrencies. The seminar is open to and will be of interest to students, academics, practitioners and policy makers.
