When will the classes take place?

Our most recent series of 10 week courses took place between February 13 2023 and May 11 2023, with a three week break during the University's Easter vacation period:

Teaching block 1 - 13 February 2023 to 30 March 2023 (7 weeks)

Easter Break - 31 March 2023 to 23 April (3 weeks)

Teaching block 2 - 24 April 2023 to 11 May 2023 (3 weeks)

The full course consists of 40 hours tuition - 2 x 2hr lessons per week over 10 weeks.

A further series of courses will run in Autumn 2023, and dates will be available on this webpage when confirmed.

Course progression

Students are able to move from one level to a higher level depending on the progress that is made. Students can take progress tests during the term and an end of term progress test if they wish.

The courses are part-time and we have found that students usually need to take a minimum of TWO terms before making sufficient progress to move up a level.

For example, a student usually needs to take Intermediate A Level in term 1 and Intermediate B Level in term 2 before being ready to move up to Upper-Intermediate Level. Unit progress tests and final progress tests will be taken into account when students request to move up to a higher level class.

How much do the courses cost?

Fees: £449

Course fees will include tuition, study book and extra learning materials.

All fees must be paid in advance before you start the course.
